Education issues can be very difficult for families where the child has ADHD. Gateshead ADHD Support has a very good working relationship with the Education Dept.

We also work very closely with the Parent Partnership officer who is based in Barnardos.

We can help and support you through the following issues, but we will work together with the parent partnership service where we feel is necessary.

Where we feel you need more expert help and support we will pinpoint you to the right people to help you.

For more help and advice contact us through our contact page.

  • We can support you through difficult meetings

  • Give help and support through the statementing process. (although we will work with the Parent Partnership service to ensure full support)
