Pat Bolton (Chair of Gateshead ADHD Support) and her son Kevin went to Pontins in Blackpool courtesy of The Princess Royal Trust for Carers for a respite break during Carers Week 2008.

Princess Anne asked Kevin about his art work and commented that his work was 'very good', however Kevin was very shy and felt too embarassed to reply to the Royal visitor.

Afterwards Kevin commented "It was really good that she liked my art work".
